On or about 3/02/04: A Supplemental Issue to the original Yurko Motion for Post-Conviction Relief was submitted to the Ninth Circuit Court, Orange County, Florida. It was a motion asking the Court to vacate Alan's judgment and sentence, based upon the new evidence that Medical Examiner Shashi B. Gore has been suspended by the Florida Medical Examiners Commission, and that the suspension was predicated upon the Complaint sent to the Commission from Alan and Francine Yurko.
